On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show: Mark talks about the Supreme Court taking on the Defense of Marriage Act argument and gives his take on it. He describes why DOMA first came about, the situations behind it as well as its original intention. Mark also describes how the Democrat's are trying to claim federalism in this case, but in other cases they hate federalism. Mark says the federal government has no role in defining marriage for the states, that the federal government should stay out of it and let the states decide on the issue for itself. We are further seeing how the Constitution means nothing to the Left because the Left doesn't believe in it's constraints or limits placed upon them and the separation of powers. Senator Jeff Sessions calls in and discusses the slashing of the border patrol budget and personnel and the rush to bring immigration issues to the Floor without having any hearings.
