On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show: Mark discusses the Supreme Court taking on the Proposition 8 referendum and if it’s legal or not. Mark explains why the Court should rule that they don’t have jurisdiction to decide on this and that it’s a state issue. If the people in the state voted that way regarding Proposition 8, then the people of the state must vote to overturn it, and it should not go to the Supreme Court. Mark says that the Constitution has a structure on how to deal with political and important decisions and that they must follow that, regardless of public pressure or opinion. Also, Mark talks about how although Justices are imperfect, the system that we have is the most perfect that works because of how the Founder’s created it and how we are a Constitutional republic. Mark says we need to unravel the unconstitutional or even the extra constitutional moves of the federal government, regardless of what branch it is.
