On Friday’s Mark Levin Show: A federal court has found that President Obama’s recess appointments to fill the National Labor Relations Board were found to be unconstitutional. Mark explains legally and constitutionally why Obama couldn’t do this, how Obama thumbed his nose and dared the court, and how he has ultimately lost. Obama acted like a dictator by unilaterally trying to say when Congress is on recess and when it isn’t, and he was found to be wrong. The NLRB in response has said that they will defy the court’s ruling. Here you have an organization that was found to have unconstitutional appointees, to openly defy and say they won’t agree to what the federal court decided! Where’s the media? Why does the media only care about parts of the Constitution that deal with themselves?
