On Friday’s Mark Levin show: A number of politicians are claiming that the Supreme Court in the Obamacare case "limited" the reach of the commerce clause, i.e., five justices held that individuals cannot be mandated to buy insurance under the commerce clause. Actually, the five justices did not limit anything. They simply did not accept the Obama administration's ridiculous argument that inactivity is commerce. Also, the Border Patrol union blasts Homeland Security instructions to 'run away' and 'hide' from gunmen. On Thursday's Mark Levin Show: The Supreme Court upheld Obamacare 5-4 on Thursday, with Chief Justice Roberts as the deciding swing vote. Mark explains the Justice's opinions and how Roberts was illogical and incoherent. This was no win whatsoever for conservatives or for the American people; this shouldn't have been upheld under any clauses and yet we had 1 Justice that changed everything and allowed the federal government to have more power over the individual. Mark explains how the tax argument doesn't even make sense and that it was never part of the issue. Even Justice Kennedy saw Obamacare for the unconstitutional bill that it was! Obama used deception to get Obamacare passed in the first place, and now Thursday will be the ultimatum as to whether or not it was constitutional. There's a lot of stake here for this ruling, as Obama intends to reduce healthcare costs by rationing the types and amounts of healthcare we can receive. On Monday's Mark Levin Show: The Supreme Court has struck down 3 of the 4 statues in the Arizona immigration law case brought before it. Mark says this isn't a victory for us – the state of Arizona has essentially become a state with de facto amnesty. Mark explains, step by step, the immigration ruling – citing congrats to Justice Scalia for a strong dissent opinion. The Court today removed individual state's sovereignty, not allowing them to protect themselves if the federal government or DHS says that they won't enforce federal immigration law and or deportation.

He doesn't understand that government exists to create a platform so that the individual can thrive and succeed, not for the government to. Mark compares Jeb Bush's view to that of Ronald Reagan – a true conservative. Also, Nancy Pelosi is defending Eric Holder regarding Fast and Furious as she shows that she doesn't care if Mexican cartels have guns or weapons, just that she wants to control if law abiding American citizens have them or not. On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show: A House Congressional panel has voted to place Eric Holder in contempt of Congress regarding the Fast and Furious investigation. Also, President Obama has cited executive privilege and refuses to hand over evidence or documents regarding what he knew or when he knew it. Mark applauds the Republicans for standing up and delivering a blow to the tyranny that is going on, and urges them to keep at it. Mark explains the history of executive privilege, as well as the power of Congress versus the power of the Executive. It is clear that Eric Holder is at fault here. However, if you watched the nightly news you'd see that they were more focused on the heat wave and the high temperatures, rather than our Attorney General being held in contempt!

Mark talks about how President Obama is pandering to the illegal vote – first he went for the women's vote, then the LGBT vote, and now the illegal immigrant vote. He is race baiting and using race politics to divide the country so that the government is the only answer for its' citizens. What about those that came here legally – how is this fair to them? No society can last if the borders are open with no degree of assimilation. Mark says we need more Neil Munroe's out there – that don't allow the President to make a significant policy change and assume there wont' be any questions about it. Although impeachment wouldn't happen now, if this was a different time in history, Mark says that he could see it happening.
