Hello, America. Mark Levin here. Our number 877-381-3811.  877-381-3811. You know, I’ve been doing this for almost 25 years and we’ve had great loyal affiliates throughout. Hundreds of them. Hundreds of. And the biggest time and most important time on the airwaves here is the lead up to an election day and night. And we’ve been doing that, as I said, for two and a half decades. President Donald Trump has said to me often when I visit. I don’t visit him that often, but he says to me often when I do. At his invitation. You don’t realize how big your voice is. You don’t realize how important you are. And we talk about the reach of radio and so forth. He’s very, very kind about that. He says it every almost every time. And it’s true. That’s not the way I look at myself. But I know that I spent an enormous amount of time preparing for this program. Making sure as a national program. That we cover these candidates all over the country. And we will spotlight some that are especially important. And even in some blue states where a Republican has it shot. And our affiliates. Our affiliates are very loyal about this because they understand. Now, during these elections, midterms and presidential elections, we turn out the vote here. It’s not just that I’m on a station, which is crucially important. It’s the loyalty factor. You and I, we trust each other. And we’ve built this up for a long, long time. So it’s one thing to cover elections even at a local level and to talk about them and to have five people on at once talking over each other about them and that sort of thing. But it’s another. It’s quite another. When somebody with all this experience and even before I was on radio. Presidential elections with President Reagan and so forth, or the Tea Party or the convention of states, all of these movements. Discusses elections right up to election night and including election night. And as you know, we. We are together and we. We have a big impact. You do? When your friends and family and so forth. Those affiliates. Better. Smart. Those affiliates. They carry this program, not out of charity. But because out of mutual. Desire to make a difference in this country are the best of the affiliates. It’s particularly so now because of all the competition that exists. When I started out, it was I am an FM radio, There was no podcasting, there was no live streaming. That was it. But now there is podcasting. There is streaming. And I’m proud to say that this program. Is live streamed on. I can’t even count how many how many platforms as a result of our affiliates. Who are encouraged to bring this to you. Both on terrestrial radio and on the streaming process. And so you can get us on streaming, you can get us on iHeart, you can get us some Mark Levin app. Get us on radio if they carry us wide on elections in particular. Right here. We appreciate those affiliates who do. Those are very important. We build up to this day to Election Day. Over the course of months, six, eight months. I have a unique perspective. Having actually worked in presidential campaigns. And having a very close association relationship with candidates. As well as others. And I share that with you all. So election night is sort of our Super Bowl. Whether it’s a general election or whether it is a. Midterm election. This midterm election is like no other. It’s crucially important. I want to thank our affiliates. You know, on radio, we have coverage typically six in the morning till midnight. It’s a wonderful day of coverage. We have our own little, little space 3 hours a day. 6:09 p.m. Eastern Time live. And I think that’s very, very important. For you are going to win the midterms. It’s important that we continue to use this platform. They get the message out. This platform. Nobody gets gets voters out and the message out. As well as we do. Nobody. I hear back from candidates, I hear back from affiliates. And I know that, as a matter of fact, I’ve heard it from the president of the United States. And you’ll also notice. Then I do a solo act here. We have some guests from time to time on certain issues or if they’re news breaking guests. But I don’t do this by committee. I’m not interested in 17 different opinions when the focus needs to be like a laser. On the import of the election, on the issues, on the candidates and turning out the vote. It just. It’s a distraction in many ways, as far as I’m concerned. So we want to thank our affiliates that carry this program. In the midst of all this. And I’ll continue to do this as long as I can. Again, we have other platforms in addition to terrestrial radio, which we. We love terrestrial radio. As a matter of fact, one of the reasons I remain on radio because I don’t need to do radio anymore. I simply don’t. Is because I want this platform to remain relevant and strong. It’s got challenges. We’ve had a number of new affiliates that have picked up the program in Las Vegas and Baltimore and elsewhere, and we want to thank them. We haven’t lost a single affiliate, not one in three years, five years, whatever it is, Mr. Producer. Now one. And that’s because of you. That’s because of you. We have a lot to cover and we’re going to get going in just a minute. We’ll be right back.

On the other hand, if we’re not wanted, we’ll just go away. It doesn’t run as well. Just go away. Well, find another affiliate or we can go on another platform. It’s okay. It’s. It’s. Hey. Okay. All right. There’s something here I want to discuss with you. It’s not arcane. It’s very, very important. And then we have a guest today. Who do we have today? Rich, that’s fine for you. Representative Scott Perry said a very tight race. We’d like to help him out. He’s very solid conservative. And I spoke to the speaker the other day. I said, give me six conservatives who need help. And that’s what he did. Spoke to other people at the White House and so forth. But other candidates. So we’re working on this, folks, and they’re. I hope, and we can really help them. We’re going to do everything we can. I can promise you that. Here is. Marco Rubio. He was quite the superstar for the administration. You know, I look at Rubio, I look at. The Santos. I look at Cruz, you know, we got quite a bench. There are others, too. We got quite a bench. As far as I’m concerned, of traditional constitutional conservatives, whoever. A broad background. Somebody told me the other day that the JD is only served in public office for like four years. Is that right? Mr. Producer. The Senate two years. VP Two years. It seems longer, doesn’t it? But it is what it is. Here’s Marco Rubio. This is important and I’ll explain in a moment. Cut five. Go. For decades now, both Republicans and Democrats have rejected the idea that the International Criminal Court has any power to prosecute American citizens, to prosecute military service members or political leaders because America never joined the court. We don’t need that court and we don’t want it. But now globalist experts that are an ocean away, they don’t care what you think. They want the International Criminal Court to do more, including the prosecution of American citizens and service members that are defending their country. They want to prosecute Border Patrol agents that are protecting our nation’s borders, and they want to prosecute our elected leaders that are ensuring our national security. They want more power and they want it at the expense of our sovereignty as a nation. And President Trump will never allow the International Criminal Court to prosecute Americans. And that’s why today the United States is sanctioning the International Criminal Court. We will ban transactions with this rogue court, cutting off their resources and crippling their ability to operate against us because our message is clear. The United States and the American people are not subject to the jurisdiction of this fake ICC. Both parties agree on this, but only President Trump has the resolve to take the action needed to end this threat once and for all. Either the ICC will end its threats or we will end the ICC. And we expect our allies, many of whom are part of the ICC, and that rely on American service members for their defense to reign in this rogue court. If they do not, the United States will continue its campaign to dismantle the ICC. Piece by piece. Until Americans are threatened, no longer. Very, very important. I mean, do you want to be prosecuted by an International Criminal Court judges appointed by God knows what? Most of them are very left wing and include judges from countries that don’t respect our kind of a. Due process and civil liberty system? Of course not. How about our soldiers? They can. They can charge our soldiers. Prosecute them. Arrest them? Of course not. How about our president? The vice president, secretary of state, secretary war and so forth and so on. Of course not. And this has been Israel’s position, too, when they tried to. To prosecute Benjamin Netanyahu. And this is what Madame he relies on because, Madame, he doesn’t believe in America. He doesn’t believe in American sovereignty. And for those who use the word globalists, this is the proper use of the word globalist. Globalism is not international commerce. That’s called international commerce. And yes, you all benefit from it. We all do. This is globalism where you surrender your sovereignty to international organizations or to other countries. That should never be done. We have a constitutional construct, and that’s the way it works. And that’s the way it’s supposed to work. And the liberal Democrats are going crazy over this because they’re crazy. They’re just. They’re just damn crazy. Now, before I go on, I want to inform you as something because it’s. The news continues to be updated and is breaking. Two Orthodox Jewish schools in Brooklyn, including the Yeshiva of Flatbush. Were evacuated today after bomb threats. The NYPD told the Jewish News Service. Police found no threat in five public schools and Jewish neighborhoods got similar threats on Tuesday. Jewish children deserve to learn without fear. They point out, of course. So now you have these threats, these terror threats about bombs in synagogues. And even if they aren’t placed there, the whole idea is to make it very, very difficult, actually, for these yeshiva schools and other Jewish schools to function. Now this is going on. It gets very little attention nationwide, gets very little mention. On cable TV, talk radio. This stuff is becoming dumbed down. It’s becoming mainstreamed. And this is a big problem. A very big problem. And. I don’t know how this is going to end or what’s going to be done about it, but it is completely out of control right now. And you should know. Just as France has been burning Paris. Just as there have been riots in the UK. Belgium is burning tonight. And I mean burning. Building after building. And I am convinced. You’re going to see this in our big cities. Sooner than later. If we don’t get our hands around our own problems in this country, the ushering in the jihadi Islamists by the Democrat Party, by people like Chris Van Hollen, by people like Bernie Sanders, AOC and the rest of them. Abdul Aziz Say-ed and Mike Rogers debated last night. Rogers mop the floor with them, actually. And I want to share some of this with you. Here he is, the moderator said. And then Rogers. Cat nine go. Dr. El-Sayed, you have opposed direct U.S. military funding to Israel. But if Israel were attacked tomorrow by Iran or another state actor, would you vote to provide defensive weapons necessary to protect the Israeli people? Yes or no. And you have 60 seconds to explain. I’ve been absolutely clear. I want our tax dollars spent here to provide schools here. And by here I mean Michigan and Florida. I want to make sure we’ve got good schools here and health care here. I want to make sure that we are taking care of people here. That is my priority. You know, you asked a hypothetical question about being attacked by Iran, but let’s be honest about what happened here. Israel has pushed us to go to war in Iran. And, of course, my colleague, who thinks there’s a war for everything, went right along with it. And here we are. Israel had clear war aims. They wanted us to go to war with them and their war aims. I mean, let’s just stop messing. This constant effort to treat the president as a patsy. Of another country of Israel. It’s just disgusting. He made it clear it was his decision. The envoys made it clear was their decision. His decision. Secretary, defense, secretary of state. So this is just more of a Jew and Israel hatred. Nobody dragged the president at war. If Israel had its way, they would take out Iran right now. But that’s not happening, is it? So this is the typical response. Of a jihadi Islamist. Go ahead. Ask yourself, are we safer because of that war? He wants unconditional support for a foreign government. I want unconditional support for kids in our schools. Now, you notice he asked him a very specific question. If Israel’s attacked, would you support? Providing defensive weapons, then get into all the rest of this stuff. Because he doesn’t want to be as specific in his response. And of course, his answer is nothing to give them. Nothing. Zero. Go ahead. Child care. Things that he would vote to defund. So it’s just inconsistent to me to be running for Senate from Michigan when you’re more focused on what’s happening to a foreign government than you are focused on what’s happening to folks right here in Michigan, it’s just it’s just not serious. If there was attack, would you provide defensive weapons for Israel? I don’t want our tax dollars buying weapons for other countries. I don’t know what’s so hard about that. That’s a no. I’ll answer the question. Absolutely He won’t. He will not. Matter of fact, he would not even support. I don’t want your own government. He wouldn’t even have our weapons. Don’t. It’s a foreign government. It’s a foreign government. That’s right. He doesn’t like foreign governments, terrorists and terror groups. That’s what he prefers. We have bases in every single Arab country in the Middle East. I’ve talked about this before. We have no bases whatsoever in Israel. And those bases cost us billions and billions of dollars every year. And you don’t hear, you know, lowlifes like Abdul Al Sayeed talking about it. You don’t hear lowlifes like Chris Van Hollen talking about it or any of the others who are communists and Islamists. No. And what technological information or technological cutting edge for military, for medical and so forth. We get an awful lot from is our tummy. How much do we get from Saudi Arabia? How much do we get from Egypt? How much do we get from Syria? How much do we get from Turkey that it’s not even, you know, Arab, but nonetheless, how much do we get from any Arab country? We get nothing. Nothing in return. Zero. Now. I’m wrong about that. We get people like Abdul El Saeed in return. Hassan Piker. We get that in return. Or a sick, fat slob. How do you say that? In Arabic, nonetheless. Let’s continue. Cat Tango. Who do you think’s a bigger threat to the United States, Israel or Iran? You have 66. And again, Rick, I’m just going to say that that’s a ridiculous hypothetical because here’s what’s happening right now. Our ostensible ally in is had a very difficult answer. Who’s a greater threat? To the United States, Israel or Iran. You really have to be. An Islamist aligned with terrorists, the terror regime in Iran and so forth did duck that question. You really have to be. Go ahead. To go to war with Iran. We have watched as Iran has responded by bombing all kinds of countries in the Middle East and then choking off the world’s energy supply. So this is a situation in which I don’t think we should be apart. I don’t want to be pushed into war by Israel, and I don’t want to be in a war with Iran. I want our money spent here to buy schools and health care and child care here. I don’t understand why that is so. We never spend money on that at the federal and state level doing. Trillions and trillions over 40 trillion in debt. But he’ll keep going to that. You see, we can walk and chew gum at the same time in this country. But he’s made it clear where he stands. He stands with the jihadis. He stands with the terror regime that wants to build nuclear weapons and attack us with them. He stands with an ideology, and individuals who exercise it have killed thousands of Americans and maimed thousands of Americans. And so he is Myshkin has a very, very simple choice here. Go ahead. Now I’ve got a guy to my left over here who thinks that the best use of our money is to go fight wars abroad. What has that given us? It’s part of the reason why he was in Congress. $12 trillion. The national debt blew up because he’s never seen a war. He didn’t want us fighting. So I don’t consider $1,000,000,000,000. Didn’t blow up because of wars. It blew up because of Democrats and the big Inflation Reduction Act, which was a massive. Manso scheme to spend another two and a half trillion dollars that we didn’t have. And they spent trillions more on COVID and then they keep building in that increase in budget after budget after budget. Tens of trillions of dollars the Democrats added to the debt just in the Biden for years. Go ahead to wars. We don’t need to fight. And I don’t want to be fighting wars. We don’t need to fight. I just think that we don’t need to fight wars, you know? Let’s stop here saying I’ve been meaning to talk about this. You know, in the 1970s and early eighties. People worried about nuclear war. There was a nuclear freeze movement by the very same people who are now behind the climate change movement and, you know, the River to the sea crowd and all the rest. They were worried about nuclear war, and so they push for a nuclear freeze. It was a nuclear freeze movement. And it was grassroots, of course, I’m sure backed by the the old Soviet Union and so forth. But it was an enormous amount of money behind it. And everybody feared a nuclear war. Apparently, nobody fears a nuclear war today, especially when you have suicide bombers and Islamist radicals who are desperately trying to get over the finish line with nuclear weapons. That’s not a problem anymore. Then we had the big concern about what if there was nuclear war. ABC News, I remember, did a big documentary, I think it was 1983. Reagan was disgusted with it. He said it was undermining his negotiations with the Soviets and so forth and so on. And they talked about, you know, dark clouds and acid rain and the nuclear fallout and so forth and so on. Nobody even talks about this anymore when it comes to Iran. Nobody cares anymore. Nobody. Except you and me. So the same radical left wing element and this this slime ball going on and on. I don’t want to be in wars. I don’t want to be in wars. I don’t want to be in wars because he is rooting for Iran against our troops. And it’s because he wants Iran to have nuclear weapons. Remember when Tucker Carlson said the same thing? They want Iran to have nuclear weapons. It’s insane. Go ahead. I’ll ask one last time. Israel. But Iran. That’s a again, a ridiculous question. I think both of them have proven dangerous in their own way. One risk of attack is one, a dangerous. Even the moderate is fed up with him rambling on like a moron, like a jihadi. Mike Rogers during the debate. Cuddle queen, go. He has taken money from groups associated and support the Muslim Brotherhood. He has taken money from individuals on his campaign who openly support Hamas, Hezbollah, al Qaeda. He’s taken money from the George Soros family. What we found out is that this thing goes way back. Apparently, they paid for his education in Columbia. Now they’re paying for his campaign. By the way, that’s a billionaire. Last I checked, what degree did I get? I’m going to give you a 32nd degree day. I get a call and I get interviewed by him as a doctor. As a doctor, I understand exactly what’s happened. So you’re not a doctor. You’re a fraud. You’ve never been a doctor. Pull back a little bit, Richard, where he starts speaking. Go ahead. Position. He says, I’d like to say the same thing. He’s done the same thing over and over and over again, and that is vote to keep your prescription. Drug prices hike 19 times, not $1,000,000 alone from Big Pharma, another million dollars from the health insurance corporations. Of course, he is touting their talking points. This is a guy who has not been serious about providing people health care his entire career. What? He has been serious. All right. Thank you. He’s he’s off subject and he goes on and on and on. And I want to go to this because it’s very interesting, this discussion at the Constipated News network, CNN. Peter Major. Noah Rothman is sharp as can be. Over at National Review on CNN yesterday, the entire panel at CNN was appalled. Appalled by Al Sayeed. Appalled by him. K-12 go. When he was asked who’s the greater danger to America, Israel or Iran, three times he was asked that he refused to answer. Afterwards, he said, That’s a dumb question. And he was right. It is a dumb question because the answer is so painfully easy. But he couldn’t say that he criticized Mike Rogers for asking him to condemn Hamas, Hezbollah, Al Qaida, saying they’re scary words, but he hasn’t condemned them. And they are scary words because they’ve killed hundreds of thousands of innocents, including 3000 Americans three miles south of here. So at a certain point, it goes from either. This is political malpractice at the best, or he can’t or he won’t because of something deeper. And that is far more troubling. And I just I, I don’t get it because I don’t want to get it because it really is. Do I do I get it? It’s hard not to at this point. I mean, the associations are clear. Yes. Muslim Brotherhood, he said it a million times, but has the advantage of being correct. The man has surrounded himself, including high profile family members with individuals who have ties to care, which is a line which has been implicated in terrorism financing scandals. Can’t condemn the attack on the synagogue without condemning Israel in the same voice. Can’t celebrate the death of the Ayatollah Khamenei and Khamenei, who killed Americans, and so on and so forth. And eventually you have to confront the evidence of your own eyes. Mm hmm. I just can’t believe the good people of Michigan are going to turn out en masse and defeat this guy. Shouldn’t be by one or two or three points. It should be overwhelming. I’ll be right back.

Here’s a question. Where is Talarico? Now Talarico is the is the crackpot. He really is a crackpot. Radical crackpot. Aren’t most of these Democrats? He. And he’s running for the Senate in Texas. He’s been absent for 13 days. Nobody’s heard from him. Nobody. Over at Breitbart, Ken Paxton’s campaign demands James Talarico show proof of life. Yes, I agree. Show proof of life. Campaign for Texas attorney general. It’s not the campaign for Texas attorney general. He is the attorney general. But nonetheless, he asked his Democrat opponent for U.S. Senate to return proof of life following this long absence. Talarico has been absent. They have 12 days. It’s now 13 days, apparently due to a a bout with flu. I don’t believe that if they’re holding more than 100 public events and shaking tens of thousands of hands, he came down with the flu but will be back on the campaign trail this weekend, said J.T. Dennis, a spokes idiot for the campaign. Talarico revealed his flu diagnosis on September 30 to the United States Hispanic Business Council over a virtual meeting had originally been slated to attend in person. Now I’ve had the flu. I’ve never had the flu for two weeks. Have you had the flu for two weeks? Mr.. That sounds crazy. A flu for two weeks. I’ve had bronchitis that didn’t go to weeks. I’ve had pneumonia. Yeah. Had a torn when he caught. I don’t even like thinking about it. It was so painful. 100%. Well, that was more than two weeks, I must confess. That was a long time. But I was only away from radio for two weeks at 100% tear. In my tendon 100% where my knee and my thigh were detach completely. That wasn’t fun. But I digress. Talarico, Where’s Waldo? Where’s Talarico? Hey, what up, Talarico? What up? Well. James Taylor Eco has been absent from the campaign trail over 12 days. They write, as the as the Senate race heats up and so forth. You folks in Texas, you need to get out and vote. I have a feeling we’re going to pull that one off. But we we really need you to get out there and and do your thing. You have your governor. The lieutenant governor has become a friend of mine. You’ve got the Senate race, which is absolutely crucial. The attorney general race and all the down the down races, Congress and so forth. On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, the media aggressively target President Trump, his cabinet, and other administration officials through stories based on anonymous sources, which are often coordinated with Democrats and bureaucrats as part of an inside-outside game to undermine the administration.  These stories are examples of pseudo news designed to advance ideological agendas and damage reputations. There’s a New York Times article involving Mark’s stepson, a senior adviser to Ambassador Mike Huckabee in Israel, and it reflects a familiar pattern in which entrenched State Department bureaucrats leak information and attempt to sabotage the policies of the Trump administration. Also, Michele Tafoya calls in with an update on her Senate race in Minnesota. Many voters are open to crossing party lines because they’re deeply frustrated and eager for change. The biggest issues facing Minnesota are the massive taxpayer fraud that allowed billions of dollars to disappear, a rise in crime and gang violence that has shaken communities, and an education system where too many students are failing to meet grade-level standards in reading and math.  Later, AG Letitia James pursued investigations into President Trump and those around him despite claims from a whistleblower that investigators repeatedly found no evidence of wrongdoing. According to prosecutor Daniel Wiesenfeld, his supervisors acknowledged there was no case but said the investigation continued because it was ultimately James’ decision, leading him to believe prosecutors were being directed to find crimes after targeting specific individuals rather than following evidence. This violates basic legal and ethical principles. If such practices continue, more politically motivated investigations will follow, diverting attention and resources away from other issues while fueling partisan conflict. Hello America.  Mark Levin here.  Our number 877-381-311.  877-381-3811. I’ll be doing very, very well. I am. We be. I want to start this evening’s program with Marco Rubio. Who’s a superstar. Secretary of state. And the reporters. There he is on foreign soil, on a tarmac hour, pressing him about stories. The sources of which are anonymous. And what you’re seeing right now are the media. The media just. Attacking the president, attacking his entire cabinet and trying to attack character, assassinate. Other Trump appointees. I suspect they’re doing this in coordination with Democrats on Capitol Hill. They’re definitely doing it in coordination with bureaucrats. And I’m going to get into one of those situations briefly. And in many of these stories, they have nothing but anonymous sources. Sometimes they claim to have dozens of them. I suspect they don’t. And then the way they they create the stories is they go to. Individuals. Who share the view of the prior administration and the bureaucrats. For their comment about how awful. This or that in the Trump administration or this or that Trump official is how shocking their conduct is. Because they know these press reports will be used by the Democrats. So it’s it’s an inside outside game. This is not a free press. We’ve been calling it a Democrat Party press for a long time. And for a reason. They’re ideologically driven. They’re cowards. They are liars. But you already know that. So turn up the volume. Here’s a classic case and a classic way of handing by the secretary of state today. I guess got 13 go here on the reporting from The Wall Street Journal that Ambassador GUILFOYLE had. Let me tell you something. You guys are going to ask me this. You’re going to ask me again in Portugal. I know the game, okay? The game is someone gives information to a newspaper, foreign media outlet. The media outlet reports it. You immediately turned to me and say, I need you to respond to our reporting. That’s not the way this process works. Our job is not to respond. Every time someone decides to give the media something without any advance warning, without having any chance to look at it and see what’s in there. That’s not the way that’s not the way you run an organization. And that’s not a serious way to conduct the policy of our country. So I’m not going to comment on a story that literally posted a few hours ago. I get the game. Okay. I’ve been in this for a long time. Within hours, some member of Congress will write you a letter demanding you answer questions to something we’ve never seen before. I don’t even know if it’s true or not true. So it’s just not going to work that way. And it most certainly is not going to work that way when I’m sitting in another country. All right. Very great idea. But I am you guys. I’m not playing this game with you, okay? You guys write a story and then your editors tell you make sure you get a comment from him on something we haven’t seen. Okay. You guys are not going to be our only source of information in the world. I’m sorry to tell you that. And so I want you to understand. No, that’s not the way the process is going to work. The process works well. First of all, the process doesn’t work like this. We don’t conduct these things in a press conference on a tarmac in a foreign country because you wrote a story or somebody else wrote a story because the source gave it to you. So get that out of your head, because that’s never the way it’s going to work with me. It’s a game that’s been played for a long time, but it’s not a game we’re going to play. We’re can we’re conducting serious business here and we’ll handle things appropriately. I don’t even know what you’re reporting is true. You guys somehow walk around thinking that because some source told you something and you reported it. It’s a gospel. It’s not the gospel. It’s not the gospel for me. That’s not the way we do it. Outstanding. Outstanding and he’s got it down. And I wrote in on freedom of the press. He’s got it down. And then they regurgitate the story. It’s recycled by other news outlets and on and on and on and on. It’s called pseudo news. Pseudo news. It’s not news. It’s pretend news. Pseudo news. And the purpose of it is to advance an agenda, an ideology, a policy. And also the purpose of it is to try and destroy reputations and undermine an administration you don’t agree with. And it’s happening all over the place with the media. And there’s a couple of main, main practitioners of this. Politico and The New York Times may be the biggest. Now for the second time and I guess a week, ten days, give or take. My stepson has been the target of this. He’s the senior advisor. To Ambassador Mike Huckabee in Israel. He was an advisor to the prior Trump Ambassador to Israel, David Friedman. What happens is there’s an entrenched bureaucracy in these embassies, as well as at various desks within the State Department. And even when you have a change in administration. They often try to sabotage. The new administration’s priorities in this case, President Trump. The Foreign Service despises President Trump. So there are individuals who are buried into the bureaucracy, including at various embassies. Who have agendas. And they are busy trying. In many instances they gather bureaucrats and other departments for other reasons, trying to sabotage the Trump. Presidency or the ambassador in this case, Huckabee. And so they contact. Very reliable news organizations, reliable for them and their agenda and their party. The New York Times. The bureau chief for The New York Times in Jerusalem. I’ve talked to you about the bureau chief for The New York Times. In Moscow in 1932. The bureau chief for The New York Times. In Berlin during the 1940s, all sympathetic. To Stalin. To Hitler. And then we have individuals who are sympathetic. The Jerusalem bureau chief and others. At The New York Times sympathetic to Hamas. In other Palestinian front, terrorist organizations, the Palestinian Authority and so forth. Now, I want to be clear that I speak for myself. I do not speak for the ambassador. I do not speak for my stepson. I speak for myself. And I always have. And I always when we’re very clear about this. But I know how it works to just like Marco Rubio. I been been around a long time. I served in the Reagan administration eight years and the same stuff was pulled on President Reagan. And pulled on his embassies and pulled on his staff and ambassadors and so forth and so on. So I’m not fooled by it. Rubio is not for by anybody who’s been around a while, who’s a conservative or even a Republican. None of us are fearful for both. So there’s this piece The New York Times put together. Apparently, they’ve been working on it for a long time, and there’s not a single source that’s not anonymous. Not one. And there are many sources they claim. I don’t believe they have all these sources, but it doesn’t really matter. They’re all anonymous. Now, that tells you what are they? Well, they say they’re worried about retribution. Well, who would be worried about retribution, Mr. Produce or a bureaucrat, Right. The story is also laced with information. That was stolen by from our government. Cable information and other information, perhaps violations of. The Espionage Act and other criminal statutes. Information. That belongs to the government and is under the authority and is not to be released without the ambassador say so. But the ambassador was blindsided to. And in fact, the ambassador released a statement that I will read to you soon, which is brutal. Brutal. Because he knows full well. That David doesn’t do anything without his permission or without his direction. They’re focusing on cables. Cables are not used as often as they were when I was in government, because there’s other ways to communicate, obviously, other than a cable. And there’s other secure ways to communicate. So you’ll have bureaucrats. Who draft cables. And they want those cables to be used as the basis. For Donald Trump’s policies. But these cables. And I’m reading between the lines in this article. Are more reflective of the Biden administration. The Biden. State Department. The Biden. Ambassador. Then the Trump policies when it comes to the United States Israeli relationship. And we know that the relationship is totally different than when it was under Biden and the Democrats. And so you have bureaucrats and it’s not just bureaucrats, others who are squirrelled into these positions. And they’re trying to sabotage the policies of the Trump administration, the policies of the State Department under Rubio. They’re trying. To undermine and sabotage the ambassador. Which is why a cable is not sent in. It’s not official until the ambassador signs off on it. And so what this article seems to be claiming is that bureaucrats and others are very upset. Because these cables didn’t go as they were drafted, but instead. David looked at them, which was his job. Some of them went. Some of them were apparently a. Redrafted or adjusted. But nothing went without the authority of the ambassador. I have not asked them a thing about any of this. I’m just reading these story and I know how this works. And I know how it works. And he got one example after another after another. And it’s interesting, they’re very much focused on what they call the West Bank, Judea and Samaria. Because the media and the Democrats and Hamas and the terrorists want Judea and Samaria, the West Bank, to be the next Gaza Strip. They’re desperate for this to happen. And the reporting on this has been shameful. You and I have talked about this. I’ve read various articles and assessments and so forth and so on. And what’s been taking place there? That the real aggressors are the Palestinians. The real terrorists are the Palestinians. Yes, there are some of the of the. And I don’t like calling them settlers these. There’s the indigenous land and the birthplace of Judaism. Since when are they settlers? But any event, of course, in any society, in any community, you’ll have these one offs or two offs or something like that. But the fact is, when you look at the casualty numbers, when you look at the killing numbers, there’s no question who the aggressors are and who the victims are. The aggressors, as in every other instance for the Palestinians and the victims are as in every other instance, Israeli civilians. But that aside. The New York Times headline is How a U.S. Diplomat Suppressed and Altered Reports Critical of Israel. Now. In addition to what I’m telling you. The leaking the. Mission. Of cable traffic or would be cables. Drafts. To a third party. I don’t care if it’s the New York Times Corporation or somebody else is unlawful for obvious reasons, it’s unlawful. And yet, according to this article. They received numerous. Pieces of documents and information leaked to it. Apparently from the embassy in Jerusalem. So there needs to be a. Diplomatic security investigation. In my view, there ought to be a criminal investigation, in my view. I don’t know if it will happen or not, but it should. And when we come back, I want to read you what the Ambassador Huckabee said. And I want to read you what a real journalist said about what The New York Times has done here. And there have been one after another after another, individuals who work in the foreign policy realm. Who also know David and the ambassador and are very sympathetic to the Trump administration and Secretary Rubio who are repulsed. But what The New York Times pulled here. Just like Politico when it came to his wedding. And so you can see there’s a pattern. There’s a target. You can see the bureaucracy that is sympathetic to Hamas, the Palestinian Authority and others. The entire purpose of this kind of reporting isn’t reporting at all. It’s to advance the Democrat Party, the bureaucrat. The former Biden regime. The Hamas agenda. This is why when people say they’re winning the P.R. war. Well, they have these media outlets behind them. I want to remind you of the record of The New York Times. I don’t have to go that far back. The picture of the. Of the child that they said was starving in Gaza when he had cystic fibrosis and he wasn’t starving as a result of anything the Israelis had done. The New York Times reporting on the casualty numbers from the mouth of Hamas to their ears. Which now has been proven wrong. Time, time, time, time and again, even by Hamas itself. But The New York Times has never apologized. They did grave damage, grave damage to our way to the United States. Great damage to Israel are spreading anti-Semitism. And now they’re attacking this way. And I want to address it further. Stick with me.

Segment 3
I’m going through this so you can see how the left operates. It’s very diabolical. How they’re attached to the bureaucracy. The bureaucracy supports the policies that the Democrat Party and the radical left. And how they create or try to create controversy. This story’s going nowhere. It’s fallen flat on its face. But I’m not done with it. I want to know who these anonymous sources are. And I want to know what information exactly got in the hands of the third party, The New York Times Corporation. Because that information doesn’t belong to the person who leaked it anonymously and it doesn’t belong to a media corporation belongs to the government. And that is unlawful. And those stories filled with such examples. So early this morning. And by the way, don’t read the comments online. The bats are there. The Jew haters, the Israel haters, the America haters, quite frankly. And a lot of the Trump haters are all in there. They don’t matter. So The New York Times does a great job of stirring up more hate, more Jew hatred, and. Threats against my stepson, who’s done one thing. A call to duty. He’s serving the interests of the United States of America. They try and create the impression. That he is loyal to is from another country and not the United States of America. This is one of these libels. That a rabbi, a friend of ours, and I’ll get to him to point out like the Dreyfus case. So Mike Huckabee writes this morning, The New York Times, where cowardly, anonymous sources did a hit piece on David Milstein, senior policy adviser to him. So they had asked me for a comment. They didn’t use it. But here’s my full statement. They didn’t have the guts or the integrity to use quote. I remember they contacted him before they published the story, but. He said. The elements of the story The New York Times is trying to assemble are so lacking, in fact, that it ranks up with other New York Times farcical endeavors like the embarrassing dog rape story or the totally debunked story about a small boy being shot in the face by IDF in Gaza when in fact the little boy was not only alive but had been evacuated out of Gaza with his mother by embassy Jerusalem to a safe location in another country. They keep him from being murdered by Hamas. He said, I personally and categorically refute the elements of your proposed story and I am surprised that you expect to be taken seriously with such nonsense without even one named source, writes Huckabee. You surely can do better. You should consult your attorneys as to whether publishing such drivel could subject the Times to litigation for defamation. That was his statement that they did not publish. Now. I want to read to you again so you have the full information and you understand what’s going on. There is an independent journalist by the name Eaten Fish Burger. He’s actually very, very good. And he posts online all the time. He said. The ongoing campaign against David Milstein is one of the most grotesque things I’ve witnessed in journalism. In The New York Times has produced what might be its most despicable installment yet. This all started with Tucker Carlson, Folks, you understand. You targeted him. The Times Jerusalem bureau, he writes. The Times Jerusalem bureau chief is gleefully promoting this latest hit piece as an extraordinary scoop, a strange description for an article that largely debunks itself repeatedly undermining its allegations while portraying legitimate conduct as evidence of a sinister conspiracy. Buried deep in the article is an acknowledgment that previous U.S. ambassadors to Israel employed political advisers who influenced diplomatic reporting, and that Milstein responsibilities explicitly include, quote, reviewing and amending information sent to Washington, unquote. That’s quite an admission for an article characterized characterizing his exercise of that authority as, quote, suppressing, quashing and skewing information. Reviewing diplomatic cables as a completely normal standard function. Yet the New York Times repeatedly treats disagreements over reporting as evidence of corruption. Even its suggestion that millstones conduct is unprecedented is bull. You know what? Restarts Responsible Statecraft. That’s the name of a group tied to the Quincy Institute. You’ve heard of them, right, Mr. Producer? That is a crazy ass group. It’s an isolationist group. An anti Israel group. Responsible Statecraft, the Iran linked publication the Times credits with originally, quote unquote, exposing Millstein. You understand folks previously alleged that Ari, a lighthouse, a senior adviser to former Trump Administration Ambassador David Friedman and Biden’s ambassador, Jack Lew, blocked reports that were, quote, critical of Israel, unquote. As if there are no such reports. Right. Then comes the Times admission that, quote, It’s not clear whether Mr. Millstein interventions have affected White House policy, unquote. By the way, the article says that they spoke to a few senior officials at the White House anonymously who were very concerned. I know who that is. And if this individual thinks that, I don’t know who it is. Then he’s a buffoon. I know who that is. In time, you will know who that is to. He goes on for an article portraying Millstein as a shadowy figure manipulating foreign policy to, quote, protect Netanyahu. They dragged that in, too, unquote. That’s a hell of a caveat, wouldn’t you say? By the way, the article acknowledges that Ambassador Huckaby empowered Millstein to oversee embassy operations, approves most diplomatic cables himself, and has personally overruled Milstein when necessary. In other words, the Times describes an advisor operating under an ambassador who retains ultimate authority while portraying him as an unchecked rogue operator. There’s an enormous difference between misleading Washington and refusing to rubber stamp every assessment by career bureaucrats. That’s the deep State folks, particularly concerning one of America’s closest allies. Ambassador Huckaby categorically rejected the allegations, but apparently his defense of his own senior adviser carries less weight than anonymous officials who disagree with him. These anonymous officials. Again, this is the deep state. Disagreeing with career diplomats isn’t corruption. Exercising authority delegated by an ambassador isn’t misconduct. Believing Israel is a valuable and well intentioned American ally certainly isn’t evidence of dishonesty. The Times would have us believe it uncovered an extraordinary scandal when nearly all of it documents is a political appointee exercising authority. The newspaper acknowledges he possesses. If reporters have evidence Millstein actually did something wrong, intentionally or not, put it before the public and let readers judge. Until then, The New York Times Jerusalem bureau chief can spare us the self-congratulation about his supposed scoop, particularly when his own newspapers undermined its central narrative. This sort of journalism excuse me, this sort of journalism is a disgrace, and everyone participating in this relentless campaign against Milstein should be ashamed. It’s not a surprise that they mention the Quincy Institute that’s allied with Tucker, that The New York Times would use it. It’s not a surprise at all. Not a surprise at all. All right. I will be covering a number of other things next hour, but I’m laying this out so you can see how this works. If I didn’t have this microphone, this megaphone, you wouldn’t know. And you could take the case of David Milstein and Ambassador Mike Huckabee and what’s going on here and multiply it by hundreds of times, because this is what the media are doing at the behest of the Democrats and the bureaucrats in the former Biden regime. They’re doing it in support of Hamas in this case, in support of of terrorists. That’s the truth. All right. I’m going to, I think, skip over just because of the clock is ticking. Ambassador Huckabee is very furious about what’s taking place. He comes under vicious assault to. By the usual. But here’s Rabbi Steve Burke. Is a very important rabbi. Both. In American Israel. Born an American. American citizen. May well be an Israeli citizen as well. I don’t know, he says. The New York Times has become an embarrassment to journalism. Its latest hit piece, Targeting David Milstein is another example of a newspaper so concerned by its hostility toward Israel that even an American serving his country becomes a target if he refuses to conform to its preferred narrative. This is very important. David does not have dual citizenship. David is an American citizen working for the Trump administration. Says, I’ve known David for many years. He’s a man of extraordinary integrity. And you’re going to hear this from everybody, Everybody. Extraordinary integrity, impeccable character, fierce loyalty to the United States of America. He serves his country with honor, carrying out the mission of Ambassador Mike Huckabee in the administration. Apparently, that’s that’s enough to make him a target. What we are witnessing is a deeply disturbing pattern anonymous accusations, damaging insinuations, and the willingness to destroy a person’s reputation in pursuit of a predetermined narrative that parallels to the Dreyfus Affair are impossible to ignore. A Jewish patriot accused his loyalty, questioned his reputation, dragged through the mud. History has shown us where this kind of prejudice can lead. And the timing? He was about to get married. The willingness to inflict this kind of pain on a young man and his family and what should be one of the happiest moments of their lives is especially cruel. By the way, I can handle this. It’s fine. I can deal with it. I made the deal with it all the time. My family members should not have to deal with this. Particularly since this is such. Such a cancerous attack. The New York Times seems incapable of seeing Israel or its supporters without finding something sinister. That obsession has consequences. It poisons public discourse, encourages suspicion of Jewish Americans. And all you have to do is read the comments. And I discourage you from doing that and raises profoundly troubling questions about antisemitic double standards. That paper that once claimed to report the news increasingly seems determined to manufacture a narrative, whatever the human cost. David’s integrity is not diminished by the attack. The New York Times’s credibility is. Shame on the times. Shame on those who confuse character assassination with journalism. And shame on anyone who thinks that destroying a good man’s reputation is an acceptable price for advancing an anti-Israel agenda. This is a very, very outstanding rabbi. And we know many. We know many. And I want to thank David Freeman, former ambassador to Israel, and scores of others, many of whom you know many. Because everybody knows what a crock this is. And everybody knows when those missiles were flying, those Iranian missiles were flying, and the ambassador and David had to keep running these underground bunkers over and over and over again. There are hundreds of people that they helped Americans, Americans to get planes to get out of Israel when it was under attack. He quietly goes to funerals. Of Americans. Who’ve been killed in this war. There’s so many things that he does in support of our country. And the alliance and the relationship between our country and Israel. But none of it. None of it. Is acceptable. To the pro-Palestinian pro Hamas bureaucrats. To the Biden holdover Democrats. To the deep state. That seeks to destroy. Him and the ambassador. While their main target is President Trump, always President Trump. And the leaker out of the White House. As he undermines the president of the United States. I know who you are. And I’m not going to forget. It’s okay. It’s one thing for these marvelous friends and allies and acquaintances and professionals who’ve worked with them to come forward. It’s another when you’re screwing around with a file. You know what I mean, Mr. Producer? Not me. My skin is thicker than thick. Go after a kid, that’s a whole ‘nother thing. Or a young man. That’s a whole other thing I mentioned in the story. I don’t care. He means nothing to me. I do not fear them. I do not fear Democrats on Capitol Hill. I do not fear our other enemies. I don’t fear them. I don’t even care about them. But they’re not going to get free shots. Not here, not ever. All right. We’re going to move on to some other matters. Hello, America. Mark Levin here. Our number 877-381-3811.  877-381-3811. We will have. Two Senate candidates on the program. One an incumbent. One running for a open seat. Michigan’s Mike Rogers. We will have him on an hour two. And Dan Sullivan, Alaska. We will have him on an hour three. These are two tight races. And I told you we are about saving this country. And we do it through the spoken word and we do it. By promoting solid conservative, even now just Republican candidates to stop us from losing the country to the Democrat Party, the Communists, the Socialists, the Islamists and all the otherists. Because it’s a big problem. And in that vein. I want to start this way. There’s a lot to get to, and we’re going to get to all of it. The mayor of New York. What a disgusting jihadi he is. And there’s so much more. But first on HANNITY yesterday. Just a short cut. Cut. One, go. First of all, unfettered illegal immigration has resulted in, what, 100 Sharia courts in Great Britain? No go zones in France. Yeah, there is a student protest, but there’s a larger component there. If people are moving in mass numbers and they don’t want to assimilate in Western Europe, the predictable result is what we see in Great Britain and France, is it not? Yeah. The predictable result is what we’re seeing in our big cities too. They’re here. The gates are wide open. If Donald Trump hadn’t won re-election as the 47th President United States, we would be France right now. Let’s make no mistake about this. The fact of the matter is the Marxist Islamist alliance that I’ve been talking about here for years on radio for years and written about it for years. It is here. It’s not coming. It is here. This is what the Democrat Party wants to turn America into. Mr. and Mrs. America, I want you to look at France right now. The military has been undermined. They have a weak military. Their police force has been undermined. Undermanned. It’s weak. Exactly what the Democrats are talking about, defunding the police and so forth and so on. Literally bringing migrants into the country who have no intention of assimilating. Quite the contrary, they seek to overthrow our society. And the Democrats are like the Marxists and the communists and the socialists in Europe. They are trashing our Constitution, which is the bulwark of our civil liberties. They’re trashing our Declaration of Independence. They’re using DIY. They’re using everything they can to destroy this society. They want to destroy the Supreme Court. They want to destroy our checks and balances. They want to centralize power. They want one party rule. That’s what they want. And they think they’re going to get it. The more Islamist they can wave into this country, the more Marxists they can wave into this country. And that kind of power is fleeting. And look at your screen. That’s what it results in. That is the destruction of a civil society. You cannot have an America. You cannot have a democracy, period. If you don’t have a civil society when you’re bringing people into this country with a completely different culture, a culture of violence, when you’re bringing people into this country who are revolutionaries, some of them are intellectuals who secrete themselves into our universities, into our media, into the Democrat Party. This is what you get. We need to be promoting Americanism. We need to be promoting what the president has done. Close the borders now. Go through the individuals who are here under the Democrats and Biden. But this election is whether we want to be the United States of America or that France, whether we want to be the United States of America or Britain, which is collapsing. Two of the oldest democracies on the face of the Earth are collapsing in front of our eyes. And it all happened here because the Democrat Party attacks Americanism and attacks capitalism. It attacks real immigration laws. It is attacking anybody who stands up to this. We have almost 4000 mosques in America. That was fast. We have hundreds and hundreds of other facilities of that sort in America. That was fast. It’s the zoning boards, the planning boards, Democrats, cities, Democrat states, now, Texas, now Florida. It’s strategic. How do we know that? Because CARE tells us what they’re doing, Because the Muslim Brotherhood tells us what they’re doing. They just don’t think we’re going to do anything about it. And the fact of the matter is, they are partners in Bernie Sanders and AOC and many of the miscreants and reprobates who won Democrat primaries. And they want to bring into our Congress, for God sakes. What do you think the framers of the Constitution would think if we have a Democrat Party that is promoting individuals to go to Congress who vote on our interest, yours and mine, whether they come from a district or another state, and what are they voting for? The destruction of our country. They’re going to take an oath to uphold our Constitution and their fingers are going to be crushed behind their backs because they’ve no intention of doing that. Their goal is to destroy it. This election is so crucial. It is. So we got a little taste of this, didn’t we, a few years ago. We got a taste of this under Biden when we saw the streets of New York, in the streets in L.A. and some of the other streets. We got a taste of this because, man, Dom, he didn’t return your call. He could care less what you think or anybody else thinks, who he disagrees with. That’s the truth. So this election is whether you truly believe in America, Americanism, constitutionalism, the rule of law. 250th anniversary, for God’s sakes, right now. Or whether you were going to vote either by not voting or voting for. The wrong team. Whether you’re going to vote for a tyranny, totalitarianism, and individuals who want to destroy the country. Now I play tapes of imams on my radio show. Imams from Dearborn, Michigan, from Paterson, New Jersey, from other places in California and so forth and so on. And they are telling us and they are telling their worshipers to overthrow America, trashing our country and so forth. And so no country can survive this. No country can survive the importation of people into it that seek to feed off of it and then destroy it. And the Democrat Party thinks that it’s going to get power by doing this. And in the end, whether it’s Iran or France or Britain, they’ll be swallowed up with the rest of us. We need to take a stand. And this election is the only way that we, the people, can take a stand and say no and hell no. We’ve had men and women who have died for this country from the beginning of the republic. We can’t vote and make sure that we save this republic. That’s what’s at stake. And I’m done. And I’m alive now. And I think that. Is a key message the Republicans have to have the guts to make. In addition to. The economic message. Where there are so many pieces of information that are basically smothered by the media. But they need to seize and promote. Now, I know the media are corrupt. Especially the New York Slimes. And I know the rest of the media pretty much take the lead from The New York Times. But I want to remind you. That that is a media company. You know what happened? We’ve talked about it time and again. If you want to look at some of what happened, the 47 minutes. A videotape. You can find them online. You better have a strong stomach. It is beyond. Monstrous imagination. And even the Nazis tried to cover up what they had done. Toward the end of the war. When. When liberating troops were moving into these various concentration camps. And they were quickly. Quickly running their ovens quickly with the mass graves doing everything they could. Burning stacks and stacks and piles of piles of human beings. But the Palestinians. That’s right. The Palestinians, they recorded it. They were proud of it. Not a single Palestinian person or family in Gaza came to the assistance of any. Any of the men, women, children, babies. Who’ve been kidnapped. Not so in Europe. There were righteous Gentiles who put their lives on the line to try to do things. Not one person came forward in Gaza. No one. I want to tell you about this New York mayor. I want to tell you what he said and what he didn’t say. It’s not New York centric, ladies and gentlemen. This is the face. This is the mind. This is the belief system that the Marxist Islamists in our country. And if one can get elected mayor of New York City, our biggest city, our most important city. Then one can get elected anywhere. To what this claim is. These civilian casualties in urban warfare. As a result of the Israelis defending themselves and responding to the unbelievable, horrendous attack on their people. It’s the lowest in modern recorded history. Even lower than us in Iraq. And I happen to support our troops. And what they’ve done there and everywhere else, for that matter. There’s a lot that can be learned from the Israelis, like survival. Like defending your culture. Defending. Defending the West from barbarians, from primitives. Who called mommy and Daddy after they slaughtered ten Jews and put three of the little babies in microwave ovens. Gang rape. And I don’t need to get into all of it. Probably should one day peace for peace by, you know, a case by case. But. But we have a jihadi Marxist Islamists mayor of our biggest city. It’s not just New York state’s biggest city. It’s America’s biggest city. It’s America’s financial center. There are all our cities. Why is it that he never once accuses Arab countries of apartheid where all the Christians go, let alone the Jews? He’s never been to Israel. You know, there’s no such thing as apartheid. Arabs who are Christian. Arabs who are Muslim. Druze. And she was very kind. Americans. Japanese Koreans. Ethiopians. The melting pot. But it’s not just countries. Well, you don’t get to live there. You don’t get to live there at all. It’s funny, there’s never been an accounting, certainly not recently. Certainly not the press.
