This former federal district judge, Democrat John Gleeson, asked by Judge Emmett Sullivan to file an amicus brief with the district court to support the proposition that the district court need not dismiss the Flynn case, was not invited by the Court of Appeals to file a brief. But he did so anyway. He did so because he is a political hack and ideologue, committed to the imprisonment of Mike Flynn, an innocent man. This underscores how out-of-control the federal district judges are and the lengths to which they will go to achieve their ends. And the moronic media runs with headlines touting how “explosive” his brief is. What a clown show!
