On Wednesday’s Mark Levin show, The real question about the recent intelligence leaks that led to Michael Flynn’s departure is what did Barack Obama know and when did he know it? These calls were being recorded during the Obama administration. Where did the orders come from to intercept these phone calls? And, most importantly who knew about it? It’s not that simple to get authorization from the FISA court particularly when it comes to private citizens. The real this scandal is about police state tactics by the Obama administration of Trump and his transition officials after the election. Andy McCarthy, a National Review Contributor, calls in to ask the administration to make the Flynn tapes public. Also, the intelligence community is claiming that Flynn did these terrible things but have not provided any evidence. Even the New York Times said there was no evidence.
In addition, Rep Devin Nunes, Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, wants to get to the bottom of this. What the heads of these intelligence committees need to do is find out how much of this went on under Obama including what was intercepted and when. How many wire taps were there of Trump transition and campaign officials? VP Mike Pence could have put this all to rest and stood behind Flynn. But he still hasn’t come out to defend him. Finally, Trump spoke up for Flynn today but he is the one who let Flynn go. Trump caved into the fake media. And while leaks are unfair, the most unfair thing is that Trump kicked Flynn out of the Whitehouse.
