A few questions : If Trump drops out and Pence steps in, as many suggest, how does that work? What happens to the votes already cast in early voting and absentee voting? Will states change their election-day ballots, paper or machine? What if some can’t do it in time? And why would blue states controlled by Democrats even try to accommodate the Republicans?
